From pure Chardonnay grapes from the vineyards located in Corte Franca, Torbiato di Adro and Provaglio d'Iseo, comes this Freccianera Brut 25 Blanc de Blancs. The vineyards face south/southeast at 220 m above sea level, on sandy moraine soils. The vineyards also enjoy a sub-Alpine/Mediterranean climate and proximity to Lake Iseo. The harvest is carried out by hand in boxes: this is followed by soft pressing of the grapes and an initial fermentation in steel, with temperature control. After a long stay on the lees with frequent reassemblies, it is then refined in the tank until the cuvée is assembled. After 25 months, hence the name of the wine; the wine is ready to uncork.
Features of this Franciacorta Brut 25
It has a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections and a fine perlage. The olfactory bouquet impresses with floral notes of white flowers while on the palate it is harmonious, pleasant, dry and fragrant.
