The Rosé produced by Capezzana represents all the freshness and the intensity that the category can offer. It is produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo, in the complete respect of the tradition. The wine making process and the aging is managed completely in steel, in order to preserve all its natural features. “Rosato Carmignano DOC Vin Ruspo” is definitely perfect for a happy hour or a dinner with friends. The blend is composed by 80% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet and 10% Canaiolo, cultivated in the area of Carmignano. The harvest is planned in different periods of October in order to allow the right maturation of the varieties.
Features of “Vin Ruspo DOC”
Light cherry red colour with shiny shades. The perfume recalls strawberry, cherry and rose petals. Its taste is fresh, balanced, savoury and intense. Pleasant fruity final with a good persistence.

It is a perfect marriage with the Mediterranean kitchen in general, but it has to be really suggested with fish and white meat. Great with pizza. It has to be served at 14°C in a high, wide wine glass.
