Descrizione del vino
100% Glera grapes, cultivated in vineyards owned by the Marsuret company inside the DOCG area Valdobbiadene. The soft pressing process is followed by alcoholic fermentation. The long re-fermentation follows the Charmat Method, that considers the foam formation in autoclave.
Features of the Sparkling wine "Rive di Guia" DOCG
Straw yellow colour, with faint and persistent pelage. Its perfume is delicate, elegant and fruity, with clear sensations of apple. The taste is elegant, aromatic and enchanting.

Fabulous for happy hours and for convivial evebts. It has to be served at 8° in a high, tapered wine glass.
