The vinification involves a period of maceration that lasts for at least 3 hours, after which it is gently pressed. The process ends with fermentation and aging in barrique for 11 months.

On the organoleptic examination the wine gives back all its complexity. The aspect is intense golden yellow. The aroma on the nose expresses an aromatic and spicy bouquet with notes ranging from honey to chamomile, from quince to candied orange peel. The taste on the palate is sweet, full and voluminous, characterized by an extraordinary balance between residual sugar, acidity and warmth. Of great persistence.
