Montefalco Sagrantino Passito DOCG is an Umbrian raisin wine of the Winery Plani Arche, located in Cannara in the province of Perugia. The philosophy of the company, that from many years produces wines from organic and biodynamic farming, is to offer good wines, healthy (no pesticide residues) manufactured respecting the environment. The grapes that produce this wine are 100% Sagrantino. After the harvest, takes place the withering for about 2 months after the maceration the wine is aged partly in stainless steel vats and partly in barriques.
Characteristics of Montefalco Sagrantino Passito
Its color is ruby red tending to garnet. The aroma is fruity withr notes of blackberry. The palate is sweet with intense and velvety tannins.

Serve in large glasses at room temperature. It is a good companion to pastries, chocolate and to the traditional pairing with the lamb.
