Description du vin
The "Bibio" Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is produced exclusively from organic vineyards. After harvesting at the beginning of October, the grapes are gently pressed and the fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for about 8 days. It is then transferred to steel where it matures until the following spring when it is bottled.
Characteristics of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo "Bibio"
The color is a lively and deep ruby. The nose has wild cherry notes with balsamic and spicy notes. Soft and velvety with a fresh note on the finish.
Suggested pairings tasting this wine
Excellent with first courses and second courses of meat and medium-aged cheeses. To be served at a temperature of 16ºC in a glass not very wide.
