Characteristics of Lugana I Frati
This fantastic wine is able to have two different faces due to the time. Its aging possibility is quite absolute for a white wine. When young is extremely scented with remarkable fresh fruits and wild flower aromas, together with apricots and almond flavors. The taste is fresh, light and not very persistent but also refined and salty with a good structure. If aged it has more remarkable ripen fruits aromas with some balsamic hints which increase the complexity. There are some spicy and candied fruits aromas and it has a light straw yellow color almost amber.
