Coming from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the vineyards of Mariano del Friuli near Gorizia: the vineyards located on soils silty and clay reddish in color for the conspicuous presence of iron and aluminum. The destemming precedes the maceration phase that lasts 20 days, with frequent fulling. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature of 18-24 ºC for about a week. The aging includes a stop in barrique for 14 months and another 8 months in steel. Final aging in bottle for another 14 months.
