Dis Cumieris is the only Istrian Malvasia produced by Vie di Romans. This vine variety is typical of Friuli, especially in the zone of Gorizia and is famous for its particular personality. It is a pleasant dry wine that is easy to drink, vinified in steel to preserve its features and perfumes. Dis Cumieris has to be drunk absolutely to increase the knowledge of Friuli oenological traditions. It praises the denomination DOC and it is produced with 100% Istrian Malvasia.

Amber aspect, light and bright. The perfume is rich, with shades of tropical fruits, orange flowers, spicy hints of white pepper and toasted sensations. The taste is soft, balanced and recalls the fruits perceived before with a fresh and persistent final.

A classic wine that is not so famous but that is really prestigious. It is great with fish and vegetables, it doesn’t matter how they are cooked. It has to be served at 8°C in a high, wide wine glass.
