Wine description
Il Langhe Rosso "Trabuch" DOC is a Piedmont red wine. The grapes are Barbera d'Alba 60%, Nebbiolo 30% and Cabernet Sauvignon 10% coming from the vineyards of Neive and Diano d'Alba. The refinement is in barrel of second or third passage for about 12 months.
Characteristics of Langhe Rosso wine
Esthetically it has a bright ruby red color. The scent is intense with some clear violet aroma. The taste is rich with a sweet and velvety tannin which is its proper quality of unicity.
Reccomended pairings while tasting this red wine
It has to be served at about 18-20°C. It is preferable to open it 30 minutes before drinking it. It is ideal to be drunk with main course, red meat and game.
