The Irpinia Rosato "Visione" of Feudi di San Gregorio is produced with 100% Aglianico grapes carefully selected and harvested slightly in advance, just to maintain high acidity. The bunches brought into the cellar are left to macerate cold on their skins to extract color, and then be subjected to soft pressing and subsequent alcoholic fermentation that takes place at low temperatures for a few weeks in steel containers. After that, the wine remains in stainless steel tanks for at least 4 months before being filtered, bottled and put on the market.

The Irpinia Rosato "Visione" shows a pale pink crystalline color. The nose comes with hints of red berried fruit, citrus and floral , to close with fresh mineral hints. The mouthfeel is slender, juicy and drinkable.
