INTI, for the Inca people, God of the sun, lord of the day, always represented of gold color. The sun is the most important element of life because it provides heat and light. Inti is also known as the "generator of life" venerated above all by the Peasants who trust in the sun to obtain not only good harvests but a life in harmony with nature. Its vinification is made from 100% Garganega grapes all the grapes of the company are certified organic and for some years the funds are conducted according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The origin is the classic one of the territory of Val di Mezzane, Veneto. In the cellar the vinification is conducted in concrete tanks not vitrified in the shape of a pyramid, where the must ferments spontaneously in contact with the skins for about 40 days, assuming an intense golden color. After the racking also the malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously, after which the wine remains in contact with the fine lees for some months, reaching the maturation. The Inti is the "Orange Wine" of the Corte Sant'Alda winery, the result of an experimental production method of great originality that looks to the past and is inspired, ideally, by pre-Columbian civilizations and their divine symbols in gold. This connection is suggested by the intense golden color that characterizes the wine and that is due to the long maceration on the skins for 40 days, a number that seems to evoke also the stay of 40 days and 40 nights of Moses on Sinai, before he came down from the mountain and found his people worshipping the idol of the golden calf, or the 40-year journey in the wilderness before he came to the land of Canaan.
