Grillo of the Tenuta Sallier de la Tour from the Sicilian winery Tasca d'Almerita is a white wine produced with 100% Grillo grapes grown in the Monreale vineyards, near Palermo. After the manual harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for a period of 15 days, while the refinement involves a stay of 4 months always in steel and in contact with the fine lees. .

The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color and well-defined olfactory notes of flowers, fruit and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is characterized by a mineral and fresh harmonic vein.
