Wine description

Allemanda is the name of an opening Baroque dance, exactly like our Moscato Bianco. It is dry, with typical hints of jasmine and citrus fruits. It is cultivated in the white and sunny lands of Noto and it expresses a personal interpretation of a happy-hour white wine produced with aromatic local grapes. It is composed by 100% Moscato Bianco grapes, soft-pressed and fermented in steel tanks at 15°C.

Features of the Allemanda Moscato DOC wine

Light yellow colour with green reflections. Its perfume recalls jasmine, rose petals, pink grapefruit and sea sensations in a poetic explosion. The taste is savoury and fresh, balanced and elegant.
