From the vinification of 100% pure Gewürztraminer grapes cultivated by using high-density espalier, with about 5,500 plants per hectare of land. The origin of the vines falls within the DOC area of Alto Adige: the selected vineyards are situated at an altitude between 450 and 550 meters above sea level. The soil is gravelly, sandy, of medium texture with limestone deposits. Vinification involves a short cold maceration of the de-stemmed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at 18 ° C in steel. Aging for 12 months on the lees and subsequent maturation for 6 months in bottle.
