From the wise and conscientious vinification of 90-95% Merlot grapes and 5-10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The origin of the grapes falls within the company limits of the territory of San Lorenzo Isontino in the province of Gorizia. The vinification foresees the maceration in steel for 10-15 days at 26-28°C. Maturation for 15-20 months in new 225 liter barrels in French oak. Bottle aging for at least one year.
Friuli Venezia Giulia Rosso Lis Neris’ features
A dark brown and austere appearance. The scent is lively and full of fruity notes, but also of persistent hints of spices. On the palate the wine is warm and rich, with refined tannins and a very long finish.

Its versatile character allows a wide variety of combinations: from classic Neapolitan pizza, dishes based on melted cheese and smoked or roasted meats. The optimal serving temperature is 16ºC.
