From the refined and conscientious vinification of 70% Pinot Noir grapes, and 30% Chardonnay grapes. Lantieri winery produces this sensational Franciacorta Rosè of great character and high refinement. After the long vinification phase, which also requires a slight passage on the skins to give the wine the characteristic color of ancient rose, the wine in the bottle goes through a period of time in the bottle in contact with the lees of at least 36 months.
