For the production of this Franciacorta Brut, the Villa Crespia Winery uses 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown organically in the company vineyards owned by the Muratori family. The grapes harvested are vinified in white and subjected to alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature; it follows maturation on the lees for 7/8 months and final phase of aging in the bottle for at least 18 months.
Characteristics of this Franciacorta Brut
The organoleptic test shows a straw yellow color and a persistent perlage. Notes of unripe fruit, rose, lime, herbs emerge on the nose. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and with the right acidity.

Particularly suitable with aperitifs, raw fish dishes and vegetable dishes. Serve at a temperature of 6-8 ° C in a tapered glass.
