VILLA CRESPIA - MURATORI
In the heart of Franciacorta, on morainic hills of clay soils at 350 m usl and facing north toward Iseo Lake, the wines of Villa Crespia Winery come to life: the name takes its origin from "crespia," a wine produced in the late Middle Ages that can be considered as an early experiment in sparkling wine making. Only specific vines are used in the vineyards thus respecting the salient characteristics of the territory in the wake of tradition, while making use of the most modern technologies: in fact, Villa Crespia Winery reaches a depth of 12 meters and each area has its own specific use, from the conferring of grapes to pressing, from maceration to vinification. Thus, the entire production process takes place in full respect of this land emblazoned as Franciacorta, synonymous with quality sparkling wines perfect for every occasion and for every palate: from the "Brolese" Extra brut Rosé to the "Millé" vintage, from the Brut "Novalia" or "Miolo" to the Dosaggio zero "Numerozero" to end with the Satèn "Cesonato".
