From a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir raised on glacial moraine soils in the flat area, this Veritas Nature from the Bonfadini Winery was born. The harvest takes place manually during the month of August, between the first and second decades; winemaking involves soft pressing of the whole grapes and an initial fermentation in heat-conditioned steel tanks at a temperature of 14-16°C. Afterwards, a portion of the Chardonnay ferments and ages in deep-roasted French oak barriques for seven months. Final aging in bottle for at least 36 months.
Characteristics of this wine from the Bonfadini Winery
It has a straw yellow ccarico color and persistent perlage. The olfactory notes are mineral and with hints of bread crust. Full on the palate, with great length and flavour.

Excellent with seafood dishes: steamed appetizers, fried foods, sushi and sashimi. Serve at 6-8°C.
