A Franciacorta of great refinement and prestige. The result of the vinification of only 100% pure Chardonnay grapes. The origin of the vineyards falls within the winery in the heart of Franciacorta, in the DOCG area. Chardonnay vines have an average age of 15 years. After the harvest, the grapes are vinified and then gently pressed, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. After fermentation the wine is kept in contact with yeasts through a bâtonnage operation for another 6 months. Subsequently, Franciacorta is prepared for the tirage with which it begins the refermentation in bottle and the aging on the lees for an average of 30 months. The permanence in bottle in contact on the lees for at least 30 months on the lees in bottle.
Characteristics of this Franciacorta Saten
The appearance of the wine has a brilliant golden straw-yellow color, very fine and persistent perlage. The nose has notes of ripe fruit and white flowers, which turn on aromatic herbs first and then on the mineral. The taste on the palate is fresh and pulpy, soft, and persistent on delicate tones of hazelnut and vanilla.

Wonderful aperitif, it goes well with meat or fish carpaccio, smoked salmon, seafood salads and vegetables, also pleasant with dry desserts. The optimal serving temperature is 8 ºC. The temperature is 10 ºC.
