This Franciacorta Millesimato from Villa Crespia Winery comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Muratori family's vineyards. After the manual harvest, the grapes are subjected to traditional white vinification, with alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. This is followed by the phase of refinement and maturation on the lees for about 7/8 months always in steel and finally a further refinement in the bottle for another 36 months.
Characteristics of this Franciacorta Millesimato
The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color with a very fine perlage. To the nose prevail olfactory notes of ripe fruit, citrus and spices; on the palate it has an excellent structure as well as a good persistence.

Excellent with all fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 8/10 ° C in a tapered glass.
