Produced with 100% Vermentino grapes grown in Luni, this Classic Naasce Method sparkling wine, following a careful selection of bunches. It is then vacuum-pressed and cooled to 10-12 ºC with natural decanting.The fermentation phase is then passed at a controlled temperature of about 16 ºC for about 2 weeks. The product thus obtained rests on the lees for 6 months, in oak barrels; the refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method for about 24 months.
Characteristics of this sparkling wine Classic Method
It has a bright yellow colour with golden reflections and a very fine perlage. The bouquet is very intense thanks to the processing of the product in oak barrels. The palate impresses with a light fruit-floral note and hints of spices and yeasts.
Recommended pairings with this extra brut sparkling wine
It is an extremely versatile wine that can be tasted with fried or grilled fish or with first courses and risotto with seafood; to try with pizza or with cold cuts and cheeses. Serve at 8-10 ºC.
