A Sparkling Trento DOC wine from the Cesarini Sforza Winery is the result of 100% Chardonnay grapes. The origin of the vines is that of Val di Cembra, in Trentino. The vinification after a soft pressing of the grapes in special marmonier, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed by 6 months aging on the fine lees. The base wine is sparkling by refermentation in bottle, according to Metodo Classico, with a permanence on the lees of 48 months.

The aspect evidenced by the organoleptic examination shows a brilliant golden yellow color and for a minute and persistent perlage. The aroma is very fine to the nose, with notes of honey, ripe yellow fruit and dried fruit. The taste in the mouth is fresh and intense, enviable flavor and minerality.
