The Gran Concerto is a refined and renowned sparkling wine of the Medici Ermete winery, distributed on a national scale. Of great versatility, the result of the wise vinification of 100% pure Lambrusco Salamino grapes. The origin of the vines falls within the DOC area of Reggio Emilia, within the business areas. The vinification involves the fermentation in steel followed by a refermentation in bottle as the Classic Method wants, in total the wine will rest on its lees for about 30 months.

The appearance of the wine is ruby red with garnet reflections, brilliant, fine and very persistent perlage. Particularly fine and very creamy foam. The aroma is pleasant, elegant with delicate notes of fruit. The taste is dry, intense, pleasant and pleasantly harmonious. A wine that is discovered glass after glass.
