The winery Medici Armete dell'Emilia produces this sensational Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC. Vinification involves the use of grapes in a blend of Lambrusco salamino and a small percentage of Lambrusco marani. The origin of the grapes is included in the DOC of the province of Reggio Emilia. After the traditional vinification of the wine we proceed with the slow catch of foam that gives the wine that characteristic fresh and sparkling taste that only Lambrusco can give.

The wine has a lively ruby red color. The aroma is pleasant and persistent, with a hint of violet. The taste is broad and dry, fruity, fresh, lively and pleasantly harmonious.
