From the vinification of the most famous and renowned grape of Emilia, famous all over the world. The result of Lambrusco Salamino, and a small percentage of Lambrusco Marani. The origin of the grapes is included in the DOC of Reggio Emilia and the production method involves the use of traditional vinification with final fermentation. A fresh and young wine that accompanies the typical dishes of the local tradition. From young drinks with a maximum duration of 1 or 2 years.

The appearance of the wine has a red color, an intense ruby color with a fine and rich mousse. The aroma is broad and fruity as well as persistent with a hint of violet. The taste is sweet, fruity, fresh and lively, pleasantly harmonious.
