The varieties used in blends for this wine are those native to the territory. Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco Marani used in equal percentage. The origin of the vines falls in the province of Reggio Emilia. After vinification and fermentation, the wine should be consumed fresh and young, with a maximum aging of 1 or 2 years to fully appreciate its freshness.
