From the vinification of Prugnolo gentile grapes, or "Sangiovese" vinified as only Folonari knows how to make, alone. The origin for this product is the classic one of the grapes coming from vineyards located in the most suitable areas of the Montepulciano area. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26/28 ºC. Maceration on the skins for at least 10 days Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel containers. The aging takes place in Slavonian oak barrels of 50 hectoliters for 6 months. The aging has a minimum of 3 months to be spent in bottle.

The wine shows a beautiful intense ruby red color. The bouquet has extremely refined red flower aromas with spicy hints. The taste on the palate is balanced and fine with a fresh and winy finish.
