The Borgo Molino winery, one of the most representative for Prosecco Classico, produces this sensational Brut sparkling wine which boasts the DOC Denomination which guarantees its Controlled Origin. The origin of the grapes falls on the hills of Treviso, in a large area dedicated to the production of Prosecco, a Spumante famous in Europe and in the world. The vinification involves soft pressing and subsequently the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C in steel. Fermentation and froth takes place for 45 days in special pressure-tight containers. Charmat method.
