It is from the 100% pure vinification of Glera grapes that Borgo Molino Winery from Veneto produces this sensational Cuvée Extra Dry with great versatility. The grapes come from vineyards located in the Trevenezie area, in a very suitable area. The vinification phase involves the soft pressing of the berries and fermentation at a controlled temperature of maximum 15 ° C in steel tanks. Fermentation and second fermentation take place for at least 45 days in special pressure-tight containers. The method used is the Charmat method which develops over time and in traditional ways.
Characteristics of this Cuvée Extra Dry Borgo Molino
Upon organoleptic examination, the wine has a bright straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is delicate and delicately aromatic with notes of white pulp fruits. The taste is dry, fragrant, structured, fresh and with good persistence.
