A very particular Rosé, produced by the renowned Borgo Molino Winery. Its sugar content unusually reflects the Extra Dry standard which makes it perfect also for aperitifs. The vinification involves the use of Glera - Raboso - Pinot Nero grapes in different percentages. The origin is the classic one of Veneto where the grapes are now indigenous. The vinification involves the classic soft pressing of the berries and the subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C in steel tanks. Fermentation and second fermentation take place for 45 days in special pressure-tight containers. Charmat method.
