This sparkling wine, fresh and fragrant, comes from the steep hills of Valdobbiadene district. Single-variety vinification, 100% Glera. It is produced by Col Vetoraz, a winery of Veneto, that uses only the variety Glera, selected and collected manually between the second half of September and the first ten days of October. After the classic vinification processes, the foam creation takes place following “Metodo Charmat”, with a second fermentation in autoclave that lasts 30-40 days. The wine is then exposed to an aging on its yeasts for 1-3 months.
