A wine that is the result of the wise and conscientious vinification by the Astoria technicians of the finest 100% Glera grapes. The origin falls on the hills of Asolano. Prosecco boasts in fact the Certificate of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. The harvest is done according to tradition manually during the month of September. Vinification after soft pressing and static decantation of the must. Its primary fermentation takes place in 18/19 C steel containers with selected yeasts.The new wine is kept on the "noble lees" for a month, then made limpid and poured in autoclaves for the foam. The refermentation takes place at 16/18 C always with selected yeasts and lasts about 25/30 days; followed by a period of aging on the yeasts for a few days. Then proceed to the bottling and rest in the bottle for a few weeks.

The wine shows a pale straw yellow color, with a minute and persistent perlage. The aroma is broad and elegant, clean, fruity for its typical aroma. The taste is characteristic, pleasantly acidic, dry.
