Marsuret is famous worldwide for the production of important, prestigious, classy and delicate sparkling wines that praise the denomination Valdobbiadene DOCG. 100% Glera grapes, cultivated in vineyards owned by the company inside the DOCG area Valdobbiadene. The soft pressing process is followed by alcoholic fermentation. The long re-fermentation follows the Charmat Method, that considers the foam formation in autoclave.
Features of the Sparkling wine "San Boldo" DOCG
The organoleptic aspect shows a clear but shiny colour, with faint and persistent pelage. Its perfume is elegant and complex, where you can clearly recognize golden apple and wild flowers. The taste is really intense, dry and fresh.
Recommended food pairings with this Valdobbiadene Brut DOCG
Great with fish and the dishes of the mediterranenan kitchen. It has to be served at 8° in a high, tapered wine glass.
