Zonin’s Prosecco Brut Rosé comes from the vinification of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. The origin is that of Veneto, as per company tradition. The vinification foresees that the must is obtained by the soft pressing of the grapes, then 50% undergoes an initial fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18ºC. While the remaining 50% is stored at 0ºC. Lately they are assembled and transferred to pressurized stainless steel tanks where the wine is produced sparkling with the traditional Charmat method.
Characteristics of Prosecco Rosè Brut
The appearance of the wine has a brilliant straw yellow color; a fine and clear mousse with a very delicate perlage. The aroma is pleasantly intense; very floral and aromatic, with hints of jasmine, Ambrosia apples and cinnamon. The taste is very balanced and captivating, fine and fresh, with light notes of acacia honey.
