Made from 100% pure Trebbiano di Lugana grapes. The origin of the vineyards is that of Veneto, in the DOC area on the southern shore of Lake Garda. The fermentation requires that the freshly picked grapes are destemmed and subjected to soft pressing and the clear must is fermented for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 18 ºC to enhance the primary aromas and organoleptic qualities. The wine ages for at least 3 months.
