This Cuvèè is the modern realization of an ancient wine produced at the feet of the Veneto pre-Alpes where is located the Mionetto winery. These aromas and smell would be lost if Mionetto wouldn’t produce this Cuvée Sergio 1887. It is an Extra Dry sparkling wine produced between Trentino and Veneto. This Cuvée Extra Dry is obtained by a blend of white grapes and vinified with the Charmat method. The result is a long living wine that can be aged for at least 3 years.
