Fresh and pleasantly citrus-flavored, the Prosecco millesimato Bruno is obviosly produced with 100% Glera grapes, grown on clay-silty soils oriented to the North East. After the manual harvest, we proceed with the soft pressing and separation of the must. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of about 14-15 ºC. The final stage of maturation on the lees takes about 3-4 months.
Features of this Prosecco V8+
It has a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is striking for an intense bouquet reminiscent of citrus notes of grapefruit, bergamot but also acacia and peach. The palate is fresh and very drinkable.
