The grapes used to produce this Bardolino Chiaretto of the Tommasi Winery belong to the Fossa Granara estate in the Classic Bardolino area. There are used the Corvina 60% Rondinella 30% and Molinara 10% grapes. There are 4 months of stainless steel tanks refinement. The cultivations are located in front of the Garda lake and are exposed at south for a temperate climate. The Bardolino Chiaretto DOC is remarkable for its bright and inviting color. The grapes once picked ferment in steel to produce this simple and perfect wine.
Characteristics of the Chiaretto from Veneto
It has a bright and lively pink color. The smell has fresh fruits and thin flowers aromas. The taste is bodied, dry, sapid and drinkable.

The Bardolino Tommasi is perfect as appetizer. It is also very good with soups, cold cuts, cheeses but also with the chicken salad. It must be served at 10-12°C.
