From a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Ciliegiolo grapes, this Falorni Family red wine is born: the grapes are carefully hand-selected before being harvested by machine. Fermentation takes place according to red winemaking with maceration in contact with the skins: the whole process takes place for two weeks at controlled temperature; the final aging phase with a short passage through barriques before being bottled.
Characteristics of this Tuscan wine
It has a ruby red color with purple highlights. The olfactory profile is full with hints of violet and red fruits. Soft on the palate, pleasantly fruity and with hints reminiscent of cherry and berries.
Recommended pairings with this Chianti
Excellent with dishes based on red meat and game but also fresh and medium-st5agionatura cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
