Founded by Bruno Fino and managed by him and his sons, Cantina Fina produces wines with an incredible territorial imprint and a strong character, respecting the raw material and its integrity and purity.Fina winery is located in Marsala, in the province of Trapani, Sicily, right within the Natural Reserve of the Stagnone Islands, the largest lagoon in Sicily.Created in 1984 this reserve is characterized by very shallow waters and belongs to the archipelago of Egadi.Here the climate is particularly mild and rich in history, unspoiled nature, saline still active and a vast representation of volatile fauna and alophyte plants (ie able to fit and thrive on land with high saline concentration)They make this land a lovely place. In this wonderful area the viticulture has slowly found its space in balance with nature.In this territory the cultivation of the vine dates back in fact to the time of the Phoenicians and since then the different cultivated varieties have adapted and found their style, as have the different cellars of the area and especially the cellar of Bruno Fina.Bruno has in fact thought of enhancing the different terroirs by focusing his attention on native and widespread varieties in the region, such as Grillo, Zibibbo and Muscat of Alexandria for whites and Nero d'Avola and Perricone for black berry varieties.International wines include Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Traminer, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, Merlot and Petit Verdot.The vineyards are conducted in certified organic farming and thanks to the hard and rigorous work in the vineyard the wines proposed are intense and precise, with an elegant taste-olfactory profile and never trivial, ideal for sharing with friends or family in informal moments.
