Susumaniello Rosato MORSO ROSA BIO TENUTA VIGLIONE

This organic rosé wine from Tenuta Viglione Winery is made from Susumaniello grapes grown in the characteristic Apulian territory of Murgia. The vineyards benefit from calcareous clay soils and an altitude of 400 metres above sea level. Following the harvest in the second ten days of September, the grapes are picked by hand and then fermented in steel, while the final ageing process takes place in wood.

Characteristics of this Apulian wine

It has a bright pink colour and a fruity bouquet reminiscent of wild berries and pomegranate. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious.

Recommended pairings with this Apulian rosé wine

Try it with fish dishes, soups and soft cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
