Montalbera produces this Extra Dry sparkling wine in the Piedmont. It is composed by a red variety, Barbera, that is transformed during the wine making process. The foam formation is managed in autoclave at low temperature. The agingis managed in steel and continues in the bottle, placed vertically in the cellar. “Spumante Extra Dry Cuvée Blanche” by Montalbera is for the most exigent wine lovers. It is fresh and smooth, delicate and classy. “Leykos” is a fabulous sparkling wine for happy hours, due to its extraordinary softness.

Ligth straw yellow colour surrounded by a classy bouquet that is characterized by flower and fruit like green apple. Its scent is delicate, persistent and balanced. The taste soft and classy. Generous foam and faint perlage.
