Wine description
NOI TRE is a vintage rosé sparkling wine from Cantina Vespa Vignaioli made from pure Negroamaro grapes: it is a tribute to the father-son dialectic and the winemaking passion that Bruno Vespa shares with his two sons Federico and Alessandro. It is an elegant wine, refined thanks to its long stay on the lees of 36 months-
Characteristics of this sparkling rosé wine
It has a pale pink color enlivened by a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory notes are floral and reminiscent of dog rose as well as fruity notes of small red fruits, bread crust and yeasts. On the palate it has good minerality and pleasantly fresh.
Recommended pairings with this Apulian wine
Try seafood dishes such as steamed appetizers, clam noodles, sushi, and seafood main courses. Also try with earthen appetizers or pizza. Serve at 6-8°C.
