The Sangiovese “Terre degli Osci” IGT of the Di Majo Norante winery is a dry and soft wine. It is produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes belonging to the IGT area of Martarosa and Ramitello which are between 50 and 100 meters above the sea level. The soil is prevalent calcareous which gives to the wine a mineral taste. The cultivation method is the traditional vertical trellised and the average of the vines is about 22 years old. The harvest takes place in October and the maceration takes place on peels for about 1 months. After the malolactic fermentation there is the bottle aging for 3 months.
