The Rosso del Postiglione DOC is a red wine from Friuli, produced by the Agricultural Company Perusini located in Corno di Rosazzo in the Udine province on the Oriental hills; this wine born from a bet of Giampaolo Perusini that in 1962 already believed in the potential of the grapes from Friuli. The grapes used are 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Refosco. The wine making takes place in steel with selected yeasts and it follows 12 months of refinement in French oak barrels.

It has a burgundy color with ruby red reflections. The scent is fruity with a cherry jam and spicy aromas. The taste is elegant and structured with black berries and cherry aromas, with a good acidity and an elegant and fruity aftertaste.
