The Prosecco Raye DOC Brut of the Merotto winery is an exceptional white wine able to express some refined and fresh sensations which envelops and involves the taster by impassioning him. Its delicacy has to be matched with light and creamy courses which makes it pleasant and inviting. The Merotto winery produces this fantastic prosecco in the Treviso province by using 100% Glera grapes. The master cellarers produce this wine by following the tradition and with the help of new technologies. The grapes are softly pressed and they have to ferment under temperature control. The re-fermentation and the natural fermentation takes place in autoclaves for 40-43 days at 13-14°C.

This magnificent Prosecco DOC Raye of the Merotto winery has a straw yellow color with bright green reflections. The perfume has remarkable apple, pear and limoncella aromas and a citron fan perceptible with the breath. It is fine and persistent. The taste is complex, equilibrated between sapid and softness with a remarkable fruity aroma. The aftertaste is surprising. It is perfectly specular between smell and taste.

The Prosecco Raye Merotto DOC is a delicate and pleasant wine suitable for any hours of the day from the appetizer to the union with delicate courses such as light cheeses creams like the goat ricotta or the Philadelphia.
