Wine description
Pinot Noir of the winery Riccardi, located in Casino Soriasco, S. Maria della Versa, in the Oltrepò Pavese area, comes from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown in the vineyard Pizzocorvo. The vinification takes place through soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Characteristics of Pinot Nero wine
The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. Its aroma is distinctive, fine and delicate. In the mouth it is fresh, delicate, fruity and very pleasant.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Pinot Nero wine
