Made from Zibibbo grapes grown as saplings on volcanic soils, its aroma is intense, with distinct hints of apricot, honey and dried fig. The vine used for its vinification is that of Zibibbo cultivated with Pantesco sapling, Unesco heritage. The origin of the vines is located on the island of Pantelleria. The vinification after the period of harvest that falls in the third decade of August to the second decade of September; provides for the soft pressing of the grapes, the beginning of fermentation and the addition of dried grapes, with subsequent fortification with neutral wine alcohol. Aging in steel tanks at controlled temperature for 5 months.

The appearance of the wine has a golden yellow color tending to amber. The aroma is broad and intense and persistent, with distinct scents of apricot, honey and dried fig. The taste is harmonious and honeyed, with notes of dry fi co and slight hints of apricot and mustard.
